Know before you buy
You can apply for a return if you meet the following criteria:
- Within 7 natural days after the customer receives the goods, the product has no manufacturing defects, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions of the product are complete, and there is no man-made damage, and it has not been activated for use, and it will not affect the secondary sales;
- Within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product has a performance failure that is not man-made damage.
Returns cannot be requested under the following conditions:
1. If the request for return is made more than 7 natural days after the date of receipt;
2. Returned goods are incomplete, incomplete packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, or the appearance of man-made causes of damage;
3. Failure to provide legitimate proof of purchase or documents at the time of return, or falsification or alteration of documents;
4. The occurrence of collision, burnt out, and the quality of goods caused by man-made private modification, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and use and operation not in accordance with the guidelines of the instruction manual, not caused by the quality of the product itself;
5. Tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof markings, security markings, etc;
6. Products damaged by unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents and other force majeure;
7. Failure to send the corresponding piece within 7 natural days after contacting the after-sales staff to confirm the return service;
After-sales service terms
I. Warranty conditions.
Products that also meet the following conditions are eligible for warranty.
1. For users who are unable to provide a valid proof of purchase, the warranty period is 240 days from the date of shipment from the factory (including the expiration date).
For users with a valid proof of purchase, the warranty period is 180 days from the date of purchase (including the day of expiration, subject to the date of purchase indicated on the valid proof);.
2. After our technicians test is indeed the quality of the goods itself (device or process failure caused by product failure).
Note: For products that have been out of warranty and have been returned to the factory for repair. You can enjoy 60 days of extended warranty service after repair (calculated from the date of repair and return).
II. Exclusion of liability.
For users with a valid proof of purchase, the warranty period is 180 days from the date of purchase (including the day of expiration, subject to the date of purchase indicated on the valid proof);.

Note: For products that have been out of warranty and have been returned to the factory for repair. You can enjoy 60 days of extended warranty service after repair (counting from the date of repair and send back).
III. Freight handling.
1. During the warranty period, the repair of damage caused by non-product quality problems itself will be paid by the customer for the return freight.
2. Customers need the manufacturer to carry out software upgrades on behalf of the round-trip freight, are borne by the customer;
Note: When sending back the maintenance products, please choose the regular courier company, after sending, please take the initiative to contact our after-sales department, in order to facilitate the timely receipt and processing.
IV. After-sales service process.
1. Customers found that the use of the product is not normal, after careful examination to confirm that the product has been damaged, directly contact our after-sales service personnel (telephone, e-mail, microblogging, etc. can be);.
2. After-sales service personnel to confirm whether it is a problem of operation method.
3. If the after-sales service personnel believe that the product really needs to be repaired, the customer will provide the original valid proof of purchase and send it to the manufacturer (and please attach a note inside the parcel stating the name, address, contact information, use of faults and maintenance requirements);.
4. After receiving the product, the after-sales department will assess the damage. If charges are required, the user will be contacted by phone or e-mail and informed of the repair costs and payment information, and the repair process will be carried out after the user agrees to the repair offer.
5. After the product is repaired, the after-sales personnel will contact the user and confirm the contact information (recipient, contact phone number, address), and then arrange to send it back to the user after receiving the maintenance fee. (In general, we first communicate with the customer to confirm the need to repair the product, the product will be repaired within 3 working days, and the product will be sent back to the user together with the original purchase certificate).
